29 Process may help to clarify whether or not monthly meetings would be the most productive <br />30 way for the Action Committee to continue implementing the Puna CDP. <br />31 Committee Member Norris made a motion to table the discussion of the 2019 meeting schedule <br />32 until later in the meeting. Second by Committee Member Osborne. The motion to table the <br />33 discussion of the 2019 meeting schedule passed with 7 votes aye, 0 votes nay. <br />34 This item was revisited later in the meeting and discussed at length by AC members. <br />35 Committee Member Kawano moved to request monthly CDP meetings. Second by Committee <br />36 Member Norris. HWY 130 Improvement Project: Natasha Soriano of the State Department of Transportation <br />42 Highways Division provided a presentation outlining the HWY 130 improvement project. Ms. <br />43 Soriano explained that the State DOT Highways Division does not have the funding for a 4 -lane <br />44 widening of HWY 130 at this time, but that the department is beginning implementation of <br />45 interim safety and operations improvements to HWY 130.
