Second by Committee Member Osborne. The motion to table the 33 discussion of the 2019 meeting schedule passed with 7 votes aye, 0 votes nay. 34 This item was revisited later in the meeting and discussed at length by AC members. 35 Committee Member Kawano moved to request monthly CDP meetings. HWY 130 Improvement Project: Natasha Soriano of the State Department of Transportation 42 Highways Division provided a presentation outlining the HWY 130 improvement project. Ms. 43 Soriano explained that the State DOT Highways Division does not have the funding for a 4 -lane 44 widening of HWY 130 at this time, but that the department is beginning implementation of 45 interim safety and operations improvements to HWY 130.
