While the disaster is in a period of pause, the need <br /> continues to assist those who have been affected by the disaster. The case <br /> management system is the key to identify, provide appropriate assistance, and keep <br /> track of the status of every household affected. <br /> The County of Hawaii Office of Housing and Community Development (County) <br /> will be the direct applicant for the DCMP grant.
