Babian: No, no changes. Taniguchi: Can you briefly describe the business? Babian: We currently own an Italian restaurant, Pueo Osteria. It's a farm to table type restaurant and my chef has been with me for 12 years. He's Chinese and he says that my passion is cooking, my obsession is Chinese food. If we make five good years, we'll look for a Chinese place. We are going to take the same concept of a farm to table type of approach to a small restaurant and apply it to Chinese food. There is no Chinese food anywhere in the Waikoloa area; you have to go to Waimea or Kona. We feel there is a need for it. It's a casual, approachable priced farm to table restaurant. We are going to start with just dinner. The hours will be 4:00 P.M. to try to catch the industry people, the workers on premises, and then seat until 9:00 or 10:00 P.M., no late night.
