Commissioner Hopkins seconded.: <br />pg. 2, “Discussion of Communications with Departments for Subcommittee <br />nd <br />Work”, 2 paragraph, last sentence to – “Commissioner Arthurs noted that the <br />Commission may not necessarily respond to ‘all’” <br />pg. 4, change to $47.50 per month <br />Motion approved by voice vote – 8 ayes, 1 absent <br /> <br />PRESENTATION FROM EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR <br />This item on the agenda was withdrawn. Upon his arrival at the meeting, Roy Takemoto <br />advised that he is present to offer support from the Mayor’s office and determine <br />whether the framework the Commission is working with is operable. <br /> <br /> <br />
