Preservation of open spaces for everyone to enjoy, including non humans and low-income <br />humans, is a critical component of the high quality of life we enjoy on this island. The current funding is already the bare <br />minimum to meet some of this need. If anything, the program should be expanded, not cut. <br />The perpetuity clause is essential for leveraging outside funds, and would be counterproductive to alter. <br />Thank you for your attention.
