The 2% fund is one of best uses of money collected by the County. It <br />it like putting money in the bank, like saving, which we all know we should do. All the rest of the <br />expenditures, we get to the end of next year and wonder, how much better of is the people of the <br />county of Hawaii than they were last year. If you look around, probably the only thing you will identify <br />is that we have more places, the most beautiful places that are now accessible to the public.
