CALL TO ORDER: <br /> <br />Chair Hayducsko called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 12, 2018, Meeting <br /> <br />Mr. Buklarewicz noted that a correction was needed on page 4 and 5 in the extended <br />producer responsibility section the word manufacturer is spelt five times as manufacture.
