CAMPBELL: And the other thing I note, <br />5 that if we did nothing, there would be three department <br />6 heads who, as of June of next year, would be also -- <br />7 we've got an inversion, that being Public Works, Park <br />8 and Recreation, Environmental Management. <br />9 CHR. ONO: Uh-huh. And as this Commission <br />10 recalls, that was our primary intent when we did the <br />11 last round of raises, to address those long -overdue <br />12 inversions. So from the Chair's standpoint, hopefully, <br />13 we can stay ahead of it so we don't get into that same <br />14 thing, but it's a Commission decision in whole. <br />15 I did want to ask -- <br />16 MR. CAMPBELL: The thing we had -- excuse me. <br />17 CHR. ONO: Sure. <br />18 MR. CAMPBELL: The thing we had last time. <br />19 You know, I like the path that you have taken us down <br />20 here to give us some numbers to talk about, but the <br />21 other thing we did last time was to compare against <br />22 other islands, and I think that would be useful <br />23 information as well. <br />24 CHR.
