With this charter amendment coming <br />20 through -- and we expect that it will pass -- I'm not <br />21 sure what -- we need to find out what the impact of <br />22 that will be. Does that mean that -- as I recall, once <br />23 the vote takes place, the very next day it's put into <br />24 effect.
