And it was brought up that according to <br />4 Sunshine Law, that personal information is -- Amy can <br />5 comment on. <br />6 CHR. ONO: What is this here? <br />7 MS. SELF: Okay. Under Sunshine Law, <br />8 generally, everything is public. There are exceptions <br />9 to that rule under 92F-13; and one of the things that <br />10 can remain confidential is anything that someone has a <br />11 right of privacy to, and that would be things like <br />12 residential addresses, personal telephone numbers. If <br />13 it's a business, there's no right to privacy in their <br />14 address or phone number or any of that. Social <br />15 Security numbers are confidential, date of birth, those <br />16 sorts of things. <br />17 When things are distributed to this <br />18 Commission, it doesn't need to be redacted, but it <br />19 cannot go out to the public unredacted.
