IKEDA: I want to say that I can't be <br />6 nominated because I'm going to go through two surgeries <br />7 next year. <br />8 MR. HIGGINS: I would like to nominate as <br />9 chair this tremendous gentleman that's sitting next to <br />10 my right, George. <br />11 CHR. ONO: Okay. So noted. <br />12 MR. FRATINARDO: I second that, District 1. <br />13 CHR. ONO: Any other nominations? <br />14 Any discussion? <br />15 Hearing no discussion, all those in favor of <br />16 electing George as the chair of the Commission <br />17 beginning close of business today say "Aye." <br />18 (All members responded affirmatively.) <br />19 CHR. ONO: Any nays? <br />20 I don't think we have to call for a roll <br />21 call because I don't think there's any. <br />22 Is there anyone who is habut over here?
