<br />Kona Brewery LLC, dba Kona Brewing Co., for a sale and transfer of its
<br />Dispenser General liquor license, Category B2, currently held by Kona
<br />Brewing Co., LLC dba Kona Brewing Co., LLC and pursuant to Rule 3-1-R(9)
<br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission, under its application
<br />for a Change in Class to a Class 18, Small Craft Producer Pub, Category B2
<br />from its Manufacturer Beer liquor license, submits an application for a second
<br />location as a Category B2, located at 74-5612 Pawai Place, Kailua-Kona,
<br />Hawaii, TMK: 7-4-010:001.

<br />1. Italian Restaurant #2, LLC, dba Romano's Macaroni Grill, approval of
<br />proposed changes to LLC, with the withdrawal and transfer of their interest of
<br />Great Hawaiian Investments LLC (8%) and VJM Investments, LLC (44%) to
<br />existing member, W. Randall Schoch and Cheri L. Schoch, Trustees of the
<br />Schoch Revocable Living Trust dated November 19, 2001, effective date
<br />November 27, 2018, to its Restaurant General liquor license, Category B1,
<br />located at the Queen's MarketPlace, 69-201 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite 1010,
<br />Waikoloa, Hawaii.
<br />2. Hawaiian Ola Brewing Corporation, dba Ola Brew Co., approval of
<br />Application for Increase in Licensed Premises to include the Tap Room
<br />extension, for a retail area for growler fills, and merchandise and packaged items
<br />sales, to its Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license, Category B1, located
<br />at 74-5598 Luhia Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
<br />3. Big Island Distillers Inc., dba Big Island Distillers, pursuant to Rule 4-2-M
<br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of
<br />Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, requests approval to
<br />extend the time issuance of its Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license,
<br />Category A, for an additional six months from January 4, 2019, to and
<br />including July 4, 2019, by email dated January 11, 2019.
