Kidani, Vice Chair <br />COMMITTEE ON HIGHER EDUCATION <br />Hawai'i State Legislature <br />Dear Chair Kim, Vice -Chair Kidani, and Committee members: <br />RE: SB 870, RELATING TO LOAN REPAYMENT FOR HEALTH CARE <br />PROFESSIONALS <br />The shortage of health care providers in Hawaii has been documented, by all <br />accounts is getting worse, and is of major concern.
