Page 4 <br />H.B. NO. 590 <br />1 cooperating with the game management advisory commission, may <br />2 use those funds to maximize the State's participation to secure <br />3 federal funds under the Pittman -Robertson Federal Aid in <br />4 Wildlife Restoration Act, as amended[—], as directed by the game <br />5 management advisory commission; provided further that the funds <br />6 shall be used to benefit the department's mission to preserve, <br />7 protect, and promote public hunting. <br />8 (f) Nothing in this section shall be construed as <br />9 prohibiting the funding with general funds or other funds of <br />10 programs and activities to implement or enforce this chapter or <br />11 chapter 195D concerning wildlife conservation. <br />12 (g) The department shall prepare and submit an annual <br />13 report on the status of the wildlife revolving fund to the <br />14 legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of <br />15 each regular session. The report shall include but not be <br />16 limited to: <br />17 (1) The source and application of moneys deposited into <br />18 the fund, including a description of the criteria and <br />19 process used to determine funding priorities; <br />20 (2) A description of programs and activities supported by <br />21 the fund; <br />HB LRB 19-0769 doc 4 <br />II <br />II <br />111 <br />II <br />II <br />II <br />u <br />II <br />II <br />
