Mr. Darrow briefly went over the monthly SMA Report which had previously been <br />distributed to the Commission, and explained that the entries highlighted in yellow <br />represented the Leeward side of the island, and the remaining entries represented the <br />Windward side. He stated that three applications were approved since the last <br />Commission meeting which included the SMA assessment application for the Hilo <br />Farmers' Market. Chairman Clarkson noticed that the cumulative value of the Farmers' <br />Market exceeded the $500,000 threshold, and confirmed with Mr. Darrow that the four <br />parcels involved were looked at individually and not cumulatively. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS — There were no announcements. <br />ADJOURNMENT — There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Replogle <br />and seconded by Commissioner Ikeda that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was unanimously <br />carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance.
