CASE NO. 2017-011 (10:00 A.M.) <br />In the Matter of the Accusation Against Tropics Ale House LLC, dba <br />Tropics Ale House, located at Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br />COUNT I <br />Formal Hearing (Alternative III) on violation of Rule 1-8 of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Liquor Adjudication Board; Rule 1-15 of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control <br />of the County of Hawaii; State of Hawaii; and Hawaii Revised Statutes <br />Section 281-91, as amended, for failure to pay the remaining percentage <br />fee and fine in the amount of $3,720.00. <br />COUNT II <br />Formal Hearing (Alternative III) on violation of Rule 1-8 of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Liquor Adjudication Board; Rule 1-15 of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control <br />of the County of Hawaii; State of Hawaii; and Hawaii Revised Statutes <br />Section 281-91, as amended, for failure to pay the fine in the amount of <br />$100.00. <br />William "Billy" Bal, Controller, was present. <br />Schoen: Good morning Mr. Chair and members of the Board.
