They fined him $1,000. So, he probably wouldn't want to make any other <br />statements. <br />Giffin: Mr. Chair, before we go any further, can you pronounce your last name? <br />Nguyen: Win. <br />Fuke: Not "nu yen?" <br />Nguyen: A lot of people pronounce it that way.
