But you <br />went shopping for 45 minutes after? <br />Twentyfive: Yes. <br />Pawasarat: And you were under the assumption that there was somebody who was <br />licensed on the premises when you left anyway. <br />Twentyfive: Oh, yes, absolutely. It didn't even cross my mind once. I was thought <br />everyone was active; especially our lead supervisor. <br />Pawasarat: I can't see that his name isn't even on the February 18th list. That's kind of a <br />big oversight by your organization. <br />Twentyfive: Yes, I agree. And it's a very serious one. <br />Fuke: Dwayne, do you have any questions? <br />Mukai: No, I did make the motion and I speak for the motion. Kudos to Island Naturals <br />and how they remedied the situation where they are actually having everyone carry a card. <br />That's seems very ideal. So, for their remediation program for this violation, hats off to <br />them. <br />Fuke: Any further comments or questions of Counsel or the licensee? <br />There were no further questions from the Board Members. <br />Fuke: Ready for the action. Again, the motion is $1,000 with $250 suspended and <br />penalty to be paid within thirty days upon receipt of the Decision and Order.
