and ultimately, the percentage fee was paid on December 14th of 2015. The Department is recommending that they pay the outstanding amount of$5,720 and a fine will be imposed of$2,000. The fine represents a disregard of the rules, an applicable cause. We are asking that the payment of$7,720 be made within 30 days of receipt of the written Decision and Order. Failure to pay that within 30 days will subject them to additional separate penalties including an Order to Show Cause to prove fitness to hold a liquor license.
