Smith: I had a question. You know in your explanation of the hard liquor, you said <br /> that you made an order but it wasn't delivered? <br /> Williams: Correct. <br /> R. Smith: And in the report from the Investigator, they said they had only supplied you <br /> with the product in 2016 after this incident. So you hadn't ordered these products <br /> previously from Southern Glazers? <br /> Williams: [Inaudible] <br /> R. Smith: No, like new products for inventory for your business? <br /> Williams: Yes. <br /> R. Smith: Are these products that you carry now? <br /> Williams: Yes. <br /> Giffin: Because of the "Happy Hour" promotion? <br /> Williams: Right. <br /> R. Smith: So, have you worked with Southern Glazer's previous to December 8th? Or <br /> was that the first time you had ever dealt with them? <br /> Williams: A while ago we did. We had an account with them. We just hadn't ordered <br /> from them in a while. <br /> R. Smith: It just seems unprofessional of them to take your order and then cancel the <br /> whole order without informing you they didn't have the product. <br /> Williams: I was confused by it as well. But I guess they have a minimum required for a <br /> delivery to go though.
