CALL TO ORDER (10:05 a.m.) <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I'll call the meeting to order of the Hawaii County Board of Ethics. <br /> I am Vice-Chair Kenneth Goodenow. We also have Nan Sumner- <br /> Mack, Rick Robinson and David Wiseman, Members. And <br /> moving on to the first item on the agenda, statements from the <br /> public. <br /> 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS (10:05 a.m.) <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Anyone submitting testimony? No. Was so nice last time...but <br /> thank you. Moving on then to approval of the regular session <br /> minutes of December 12, 2018. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF DECEMBER 12, 2018 <br /> (10:06 a.m.) <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Any...I guess we need a motion to approve? <br /> Ms. Sumner-Mack: I had a question to ask David about something that he was quoted <br /> as saying but I'll ask another time. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Oh no...but we do need a motion before discussion. <br /> Ms. Sumner-Mack: I move that we accept the minutes. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Thank you.
