1.5 How were CDP strategies identified? <br />The Community Objectives are the foundation of the CDP. All of the CDP strategies are designed to <br />implement one or more of the objectives. Appendix V2 explains the process followed to identify strategies <br />to achieve Community Objectives. To make that process as transparent as possible, Appendix V5 includes <br />summaries of the rationale behind each of the CDP policies and K6kua Actions.
