Again, it's an informal hearing where they are basically conceding <br />to the violation and are requesting Alternative II on violation of Rule 3-8(A) of the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor control of the <br />County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for selling liquor after the hours of business <br />established by the Commission (after 11:00 P.M.). <br />1. On or about the 18th day of August 2018, in the County <br />and State of Hawaii, Seven -Eleven Hawaii, Inc., dba 7 -Eleven Stores (Kaumana) #54136, <br />sold liquor after the hours of business established by the Commission (after 11:00 P.M.), <br />in violation of Rule 3-8(A) of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor commission of the <br />Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii.
