<br />and (Henry Street), requests acceptance of the notice of change of officers
<br />and directors with resignations of Richard Michael Parry, Director, CEO and
<br />President, and Thomas Alan Grimes as Vice President and Treasurer, effective
<br />December 31, 2018; appointments of Thomas Alan Grimes as President and
