I am writing <br />to continue to express our county's need to keep the 2% property tax fund as voters have established it. Please do not <br />reduce our PONC funds or change the regulations to allow these funds to be used for anything other than purchasing <br />public access and open spaces for US, THE PUBLIC, who has come out and spoken our minds and voted on this matter <br />three times.
