(SEE EXHIBIT D) <br />This item ended at 2:29 p.m. <br />MINUTES — The Commission took this item up at 2:30 p.m. <br />Approval of Minutes of the January 3, 2019 Meeting_— It was moved by Commissioner Ikeda <br />and seconded by Commissioner Dela Cruz, that the Minutes of January 3, 2019, be approved as <br />circulated. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />At 2:31 p.m., Mr. Sidney Fuke approached the Commission regarding the Commission's motion <br />to defer action on Item No. 6 (SEE EXHIBIT D STARTING FROM PAGE 41). The <br />discussion ended at 2:43 p.m. <br />Discussion of recent Special Management Area (SMA) determinations, minor permits <br />and enforcement action issued by the Planning Director. <br />At 2:43 p.m., Mr. Darrow stated that no report was distributed to the Commission. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS — There were no announcements. <br />ADJOURNMENT — There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Dela <br />Cruz and seconded by Commissioner Replogle that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance.
