So, you guys all under Federal investigation! <br />DELA CRUZ: Second. <br />CLARKSON: All those in favor? <br />COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br />CLARKSON: Opposed? Motion carried. We'll be in executive session. <br />At 12:33 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner Ikeda and seconded by Commissioner Dela Cruz <br />that the Commission go into executive session to consult with its attorney regarding questions <br />and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities, <br />pursuant to Hawai `i Revised Statutes Section 92-5. A voice vote was taken of all Commissioners <br />present, and motion carried with five aye votes. <br />At 12: 36 p.m., the Commission went into executive session. At 12: 45 p.m., it was moved by <br />Commissioner Ikeda and seconded by Commissioner Replogle that the Commission go out of <br />executive session. A voice vote was taken of all Commissioners present, and motion carried with <br />five aye votes. <br />Chairman Clarkson called a lunch recess at 12:45 p.m., and the hearing reconvened for regular <br />session at 1:31 p.m. <br />CLARKSON: The Windward Planning Commission is back in session, and at this time, we're <br />going to proceed with public testimony. So far, we have ten people scheduled to testify. I'd like <br />to call up the first four. Cory Harden, Hanalei Fergerstrom, Gary Harrold, and Claudia Rohr, if <br />you would please come to the front. <br />AUDIENCE MEMBER: Gary Harrold had to leave. <br />CLARKSON: Okay, then Mary Afable?
