Review, discuss and recommend changes to Chapters 2-6 of the Integrated Solid <br />Waste Management Plan’s (ISWMP): <br /> <br />Chair Hayducsko explained that the format being utilizing today shows the Chapter, <br />Page, Line No. and Comments. Chair Hayducsko would like to have a consensus by <br />chapter of changes and have a motion by chapter approving edits, changes, etc. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 2 – WASTE STREAM ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Page 2-5, Line 11: Eliminate reference to plastic bags having any <br />impact on this section. Ms. Adams moves to eliminate reference to plastic bags, Ms. Bell <br />nd <br />2 the motion. <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Okinaka moves to accept edits, changes, and deletion for Chapter <br />nd <br />2; Ms. Bell 2 the motion, and all members voted aye. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 3 – SOURCE REDUCTION <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Adams moves to accept edits, changes, and deletions for Chapter <br />nd <br />3; Ms. Bell 2 the motion and all members voted aye. <br /> <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />a. Review the ISWMP Schedule: <br /> Review, discuss and recommend changes to Chapter 4-10 of the ISWMP next meeting. <br /> <br />6. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />Next meeting is scheduled for February 13, 2019 at the ADRC Training Room at 1055 <br />Kinoʻole Street, Ste#101 Hilo, HI 96720. <br />7.
