Takase: Currently, whenever they need permits like building permits, electrical, plumbing, we will ask them to get an Alteration Permit. If it was just moving around their fixtures or files, etc., there's no need to come to us. But on this one, they were doing some plumbing and other things. We are looking at doing away with this requirement. As we were looking through our rules, we have considered either trying to limit it or eliminate it altogether. Nahale-a: Motion to ratify?
