Gerald, which Waikoloa one is this? Takase: This is the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Taniguchi: Oh, the Village. Where's the Banquet Room? Takase: If you're familiar with it, from the golf course looking back at the building, the bar is in the middle. Off to the left hand side, there's an old dining room and they're designating it as the Banquet Room. When the old licensee, Banjy's, left, the Golf Course Association split the two properties. They just have the bar and they kept the banquet area for themselves. They are talking about turning this space over to the licensee at this point. They were unsure about how good this licensee was going to be, but it seems they're comfortable with them now. They are talking about it now. Taniguchi: Then they would be covered under their premises? Takase: Yes. Then O&J will come in for a increase to include this banquet area. Nahale-a: Any other questions?
