Is there going to be a lunch service?
Hatch: Correct.
Nahale-a: Eleven A.M. until two, and then (referring to the report) it's the same 4:00
P.M. until 11:45 for the dinner service?
Hatch: Correct.
Greenwell: What was this before?
Hatch: It was a restaurant, crepes, Le Magic Pan.
Nahale-a: Okay, in that location. Any public testimony for this application?
There was no public testimony.
Nahale-a: My apologies, I didn't ask you to describe the business. Could you please
describe your business?
Hatch: Yes. It's just a small craft beer and wine bar, cold kitchen, still working on the
menu and still working out a few of those things. I'm going to try to carry more boutique
and specialty wines and beers.
Nahale-a: Thank you. Commissioners, any discussion or questions?
Lopez: Question. Did I hear you say you might change the hours?
Hatch: Correct. We were originally planning to be open for lunch and we're still kicking
around the idea of not doing the lunch initially and opening at 2:00 P.M. instead of
11:00 A.M.
JANUARY 3, 2019 - LIQUOR COMMISSION MINUTES 6
