The responsibility and <br />liability is not transferred to this new entity? <br />Masuda: Right. <br />Gonzalez: So the key thing for our liquor rules is it still remains an LLC. I like to call it an <br />updating of their name because all of their officers and corporate structure is remaining the <br />same. It is not changing from an LLC to something else, like an LLP. They are not changing <br />the name of the actual business, the dba, which is also covered in the rules. You are correct in <br />your discussion. It's like they are updating it.
