No. 9, Volcano Grill & Bar LLC, <br />dba Volcano Grill, approval of proposed changes to LLC, with the withdrawal of Lieu Thi Huynh <br />as Manager and the admission of Tom Van as Manager, effective July 1, 2018; the withdrawal <br />of Jennifer Nguyen and Jeremy James Meis as Managers, effective December 30, 2018; and <br />acceptance of the Personal History and Affidavit received on January 7, 2019, for Tom Van, <br />Manager, effective July 1, 2018. <br />9. Anyone have questions since we have the Manager here with us? <br />Gonzalez: Madam Chair, all we have this morning is, as you can see within the LLC itself, <br />there have been withdrawals of the managers and Mr. Van is now the new manager. They are <br />updating their files and records with the Department and submitting the required paperwork. <br />The Department has accepted it and is now asking for the Commission to approve the <br />proposed changes that they have put into place. <br />Nahale-a: Thank you very much.
