Rather than bringing in an entirely new food staff, they partnered with Umekes. <br />Umekes is providing the Restaurant/Dispenser staff and also some of the food preparations. <br />That's what it is. <br />Thomas: Kind of like sub -contracting? <br />Gonzalez: Yes. They are partnering together. <br />Greenwell: Brandon, this has nothing to do with liquor then? <br />Gonzalez: It is because both are separate liquor licensees. Kuleana Spirits and their location <br />for the Rum Shack at the Queens' Court (is a licensee), and Umekes is a liquor licensee. So <br />they notified us of the partnership that is not dealing with liquor. The Rum Shack is for the rum <br />and Umekes is for the food.
