<br />Club liquor license, Category B2, located at 74-5596 Pawai Place,
<br />Bays M and N, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

<br />Lopez: Chair? I believe as a member, I recuse myself from the vote?
<br />Mr. Lopez recused himself from voting on New Business, Item No. 1.
<br />Taniguchi: Okay. Mr. Lopez is recusing himself because he is a member of the Elks.

<br />Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks of the United States
<br />of America, dba Kona Elks Club, approved by Administrative
<br />Officer Brandon Gonzalez on September 21, 2018, to its Club
<br />liquor license, Category B2, located at 74-5596 Pawai Place,
<br />Bays M and N, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; seconded by Mr. Salave`a.
