Any discussion? <br />There was no discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Taniguchi: Since none, all those in favor signify by saying, "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Taniguchi: Opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Taniguchi: Motion carried.
