I was just looking at No. 2 under that -- <br />7 says "Salary Considerations." And one of them is <br />8 factors the Salary Commission should consider, any <br />9 recommendation, merit consideration. I thought maybe <br />10 it would fit into that, but I think that's what you are <br />11 going to be focusing on for the presentation from the <br />12 department heads, right? <br />13 CHAIR: Yeah.
