FRATINARDO: Second. <br />8 CHAIR: Moved and seconded that we conduct a <br />9 public hearing on March the 7th to go on our <br />10 just -passed proposed rules. <br />11 Any other comments or questions? <br />12 MR. PAVAO: Could you clarify the time and <br />13 place? <br />14 MS. SELF: They can do that after the motion? <br />15 (Off-the-record discussion.) <br />16 CHAIR: So the time is going to be 10:00 a.m. <br />17 It will be conducted here in this room, Hilo Council <br />18 Room, and we'll have public attendance at the video <br />19 conference at the Kona Council office. It's not a <br />20 requirement, but it's a good thing to do. <br />21 So I'm assuming that you're okay with that <br />22 being part of the motion? <br />23 MR.
