Okay. <br />2 I think that to make the whole process look <br />3 more legitimate is that we back up one of the <br />4 cornerstones of 204-1, which is a comparison to the <br />5 private sector as well as the public sector. And as <br />6 part of that we, actually, in our proposed plan here, <br />7 have an entry that includes an analysis of the private <br />8 sector. And then, if we wanted to later on, talk about <br />9 what representation we might have from the private <br />10 sector, we could do that later on but -- <br />11 CHAIR: Yeah. <br />12 MR. HIGGINS: -- right now -- <br />13 CHAIR: Just putting the statement in there <br />14 that <br />15 MR. HIGGINS: I mean, there's too many sharp <br />16 people. We're going to start having public hearings. <br />17 Somebody is going to say, "Hey, what are you guys doing <br />18 about the private sector?" So we got to at least have <br />19 it in our documentation. <br />20 CHAIR: All right. <br />21 MR. PAVAO: Would it be appropriate on the <br />22 plan under "Presentation," under the "Salary <br />23 Considerations," to add an item f, "Comparison with <br />24 private sector," just real simple?
