Commissioners are to read the document and come <br />prepared with comments and questions, some of which may be very <br />technical. From the discussion, a document will be prepared that will go <br />in as a formal response to the draft EIS. He said Director Kucharski should <br />be prepared to answer the technical questions or have someone present <br />who can. Director Kucharski said the EIS process is formal, and it should <br />be done formally with official comments and response. He did not want to <br />get into technical details in a public forum with an obligatory response <br />outside the EIS process. <br /> <br />• Testimony submitted to the State Legislature in support of bills: The <br />commissioners were provided copies of his testimony in support of eight <br />bills. <br /> <br />7. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br /> Chair Bennett said if anything comes up, the commissioners can send him an email. <br /> <br />8. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> The next meeting was not announced. <br /> <br />9.
