WIOA is designed to provide services to increase employment, <br />retention and earnings of participants and increase occupational skill attainment by <br />participants and, as a result, improve the quality of the workforce, reduce welfare <br />dependency and enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the Nation. <br /> <br />the development of a highly competent and productive workforce by coordinating the <br />efforts of educational institutions, labor, business, economic development organizations, <br />government agencies and the entire community in order to sustain a strong economy <br />and lifestyle. <br /> <br />Your input and involvement is vital to the successful outcome of our employment and <br />training system. Your contribution will help shape our economic outlook in Hawai`i <br />County for years to come. <br /> <br /> <br />
