Quorum met with nine <br />members present. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Expand Scope of the Powers and Duties of the Veterans Advisory Committee <br />Chair Doolittle introduced the topic by stating that the letter from Mayor Kim gives the <br />Committee the authority to expand the scope but would like to make it official and wants <br />Council to specify in Hawaii County Code. The next reading will be next week <br />
