If you guys want to review that right now, you can adopt it now. If you guys <br />want to take— <br />CLARKSON: I don't want to review it now. <br />HALL: Okay. You guys actually should have already. <br />CLARKSON: Its 20 pages long. <br />HALL: You actually should have already reviewed it because that was the but <br />KAY: If I may, this was the recommendation that came out in November, so this was, so you <br />should have reviewed it. We, when we do a denial, we frame it in the form of a proposed <br />Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Decision & Order. So, again, the options are, if you'd <br />like to vote on accepting that now, you can do so. If you'd like to wait until next time, we can do <br />that. <br />CLARKSON: I would prefer to have some time to just look it over.
