Greenwell: Is there any discussion? <br />There was no discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Greenwell: Call for the vote. All those in favor say, "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Greenwell: opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Greenwell: Motion carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Greenwell:- I'd like to do a roll call of all those who are present starting with Dorsi. <br />Lim: Dorsi Lim, Secretary. <br />Waltjen: Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Tech. <br />Takase: Gerald Takase, Director. <br />lbarra: Ronald lbarra, Commissioner. <br />Arakaki : Warren Arakaki, Commissioner. <br />Greenwell: David Greenwell, District g Commissioner. <br />Masuda: Craig Masuda, Commission Counsel. <br />Hughes: Mike Hughes, Commissioner. <br />Raymond: Dawn Raymond, Commissioner. <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, before we go to the public hearings I wanted to set the dates for the <br />next Commission meetings, because it will affect where our public hearings are going to be. <br />As those of you who attended the Hilo meeting know, the Hilo Lagoon, where we are located, is <br />under construction so we have to enter from the sides and our parking (situation) is bad. <br />At the last Commission meeting, it was decided to hold our meetings in West Hawaii until <br />construction is completed. I think it was decided for this and the next meeting only. We checked <br />with the building crew and the are still projecting to go into June, so I propose that for April, May <br />Y <br />and June we should plan on having our meetings here (West Hawaii). The reason I needed to <br />know ahead of time is because as we post our agendas, we have to figure out where our public <br />hearings are going to be; as you will see when we get to the Preliminary Hearings when we <br />MARCH 7, 2019 - LIQUOR COMMISSION MINUTES 2 <br />
