<br />1. Kealakekua Ranch, Ltd., dba K -Ranch Cafe, withdrawal of Application
<br />No. 17-02, for an original Restaurant General liquor license, Category B2,
<br />located at the Kealakekua Ranch Center, 82-6066 Mamalahoa Highway,
<br />Unit E, Captain Cook, Hawaii, TMK: 8-2-001:125, previously continued by
<br />the Liquor Commission on February 1, 2018, to a date to be determined.

<br />2. Hidekazu Ito, ratification of Application for Solicitor's Permit for possession
<br />of liquor for sampling to buyers by The Cherry Company, Ltd., pursuant to
<br />Rule 3-2-D-4 of the Liquor Commission's Rules and Regulations, submitted
<br />on April 5, 2019, approved by Director Gerald Takase on April 9, 2019.
<br />3. IWF KKH, LLC, dba Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona
<br />Beach Hotel, approval of request to transfer liquor inventory for the sale and
<br />transfer of its Hotel liquor license, to Kona Beach Hotel Management, LLC,
<br />dba Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, located
<br />at 75-5660 Palani Road, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
<br />4. Los Habaneros, Inc., dba Los Habaneros, ratification of Application for
<br />Temporary Increase in Licensed Premises to the walkway and parking stalls
<br />fronting the premises, for event on May 5, 2019, approved by Director
<br />Gerald Takase on April 11, 2019, to its Dispenser General liquor license,
<br />Category B1, located at the Keauhou Shopping Center, 78-6831 Alii Drive,
<br />#405, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
<br />5. Hawaiian Ola Brewing Corporation, dba Ola Brew Co., acceptance of
<br />the change of officers, with the appointment of Zachary Andrew Taffany,
<br />as Chief Operating Officer; and the Personal History and Affidavit for
<br />Zachary Andrew Taffany, Chief Operating Officer, effective December 3, 20187
<br />to its Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license, Category B1, located at
<br />74-5598 Luhia Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

<br />approval to extend the time issuance of its Retail General liquor license,
