Fujimoto, dated February 28, 1991, submitting a bill to change the district classification for 3 acres of land from an Agricultural 5-acre (A-5a) to an Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) zoned district at Keopuka, South Kona. Informs, the Planning Director recommended denial of the application for reasons as listed; however, the Commission voted to recommend approval, subject to several conditions. States final subdivision approval on the subject properties was granted on February 25, 1991. NORTH KONA) From Desmond Twigg-Smith, dated March 4, 1991, informing he is willing to add another condition to their rezoning and state land use boundary amendment request to downzone, either by petition or by county ordinance, their other commercially-zoned property in Holualoa to agricultural use.
