Dear Sirs:
I respectfully petition that Appendix L be removed from Bill 179, pages 90-92.
I am against the building of Factory Built Housing previously known as Pre-Fab Houses (fabricated) for the reason
the the builders (contractors) are prone to hire cheap, unskilled, and most likely untrained and UNSAFE workers. The
resulting products produced are substandard.
