To whom it may concern:
I, Seth Jones, oppose Bial 179 Appendix L because it would put carpenters like myself out of work if this is passed.
This would prevent me from providing for my family as well as other carpenters. Big Island carpenters can not afford
to lose these wages especially during the uncertain times COVID-19 has caused. Approving this would have a
negative impact on the local economy. I request County council to remove Appendix L relating to FBH and all
references to FBH in the proposed Ordinance.
