Hello, My name is Steven Blyth, designer and owner of IHE Canoe and Designs LLC. Because of the lengthy policies
of Governor Ige to deal with the Covid. 19 virus, my business has been devastated. The canoe clubs had to shut down
as the canoe season was cancelled for the year. Also the World Sprints in Hilo for Aug. 2020, was cancelled of
course. My business is reliant on canoe clubs purchasing canoes and parts to canoes. I have 3 years and over 120,000
dollars invested into this business and I have nearly gone out of business. I am hanging on by a thread thanks to this
situation.
