Aloha Chair Aaron Chung, Councilmember's Kierkiewics and Poindexter, and
Honorable Members:

I am writing to you to express my strong support of Resolution 680 - 20, which
supports and urges equity, inclusion, and social and economic justice principles into
COVID-19 recovery initiatives for Hawaii County.

I urge you to also strongly support and pass this important measure today in order to
guide the recovery process being implemented throughout government on Hawai'i
Island and across the state.
